SIPL has a vast network of Block Level Executives who represent, promote and expand its business through the maximum number of customers throughout the country. Alike atoms they collectively function as enormous source of power to the organization. Whether it comes to epitomize organizations ideology & concepts, marketing, advertising, business development or on ground survey, they deal with all.
SIPL’s C Suite is a group of people who work together toward common dreams and mission. Each member in this squad have defined membership (which can be either large or small) and a set of activities to take part in. These experts collaborate on sets of related tasks that are required to achieve an objective. Each member is responsible to boost the productivity from one another, but the group as a whole is responsible for the team’s success. It is initially a group subject matter experts who execute SIPL’s vision and mission at national level. They are completely dedicated to the vision of the SIPL and nineteen of them are making efforts for the remaining one. They are the backbone of the organization and supposed to set examples for the entire organization by their moral strength, dedication and expertise.

Project managers at SIPL forecast all the risks that might arise during the production process and ensure that all the risks are addressed with a proper plan. By following a good project management structure the employees will have a good understanding about their roles and responsibilities, SIPL’s project managers will also be aware of the schedule of the deliverables and will have the opportunity to plan their schedule accordingly. Our project management structure ensures that the project is completed within specified time period and within budget.
